Basil is evidently annoyed with Wayne for turning his back on the campaign for his justice to instead embark upon the life of a yardy. Jimmy is in a complete state of shock and he proceeds to deliver the mysterious revelations from the spiritual world to Wayne.
These Revelations give the story a dramatic new twist when Wayne haunted by the same vision decides to take heed and he renounces his criminal life style and becomes a born again Christian, he tries to go back to Mama Sitas Philosophies, That has been instilled in the family dating back to slavery.
Wayne then reflects upon the promise to Dennis, way back in 1978 that, he would find out the truth about what really happened to Brother Basil one day.
